Got quote on Friday and had a gang of purple trucks at.my house by Tuesday. I thought I was going to remove about 750 yards of concrete with a rental breaker from home Depot and 3 days later I barely had half of it broken up. So then I call up these guy and they show up with two 40 yard roll off lowboys and two other equipment trucks and their purple mini bobcat with 5 guys and 4 hours later, nothing was left but dust and dirt leaving me very pleased. I highly recommend, they know what there doing and there good at it, there was no problems. they even asked if that was all and if there was anymore that I wanted them to take.

Nick and his team removed a spa and ~500ft of concrete patio from out backyard. I appreciated that they were quick to respond to my request and responsive throughout the whole process. The yard was difficult to access (down narrow stairs, no alley access). Nick found a solution to help his team work efficiently, and was respectful of social distancing guidelines and mask usage (this work was done 5/28/2020). My two year old daughter also got a kick out of watching the excavator.

I recently purchased a home, and during the home inspection I had done prior to buying the property — it was pointed out to me that the old gazebo structure in the backyard was structurally unsound. So, I decided that it had to go. Fast forward, I got the home & wanted that thing gone. After doing a bit of research online, I came across Ace and contacted them with a description of what I needed to be removed. I was given a quickly turned around estimate and had things scheduled just as fast. Once the two-man crew came in to do the removal, they were literally in and out in all of 40 minutes. They started at the roof of the structure (brave to get on top of it — you could’ve probably literally pushed it over with very little effort) and worked their way down quickly — cutting up the pieces with a chainsaw. And then they leveled things off at the surface so that a new one could be installed when I was ready. Pretty great work considering the time, and the price was agreeable! If I ever need something removed again, I plan to call Ace — they’re my junk removal and demolition service now. They’ve earned a loyal customer and I’d recommend them to anyone needing good work done in the removal with a reputation they can trust.

Nick and his team are extremely efficient, accurate and easy to work with. We had them to demolish a large in ground swimming pool in our backyard. They removed the entire concrete cavity, something that other excavation companies didn’t want to do or quoted really high. However, this was important to us in case we wanted to build something later on. They also filled it up, compacted and graded to be ready for the pavers and artificial turf we plan to put. They also work with a soil engineer to make sure everything is to specs. Greatly appreciate their work. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Brought in 4 companies for estimate to dig out entire backyard including two hills in our yard, some cement patio/walls, and lots of vegetation and couldn’t have been happier with Ace. Nick and the entire ACE team are absolutely amazing. We needed our front and backyard fully demoed and literal tons of gravel removed. They scheduled us, showed up on time, and even finished early!
They were easy to communicate with, responded quickly to our initial inquiry and gave us a quote that was well within our budget and expectations (especially when compared to what other, less reputable companies quoted)
