| Can We Park Within 20 Feet? |
| DISTANCE SURCHARGE: Ace can give you the best price once all the items are ready to go in the front. But don’t worry if the debris or other junk is not in the front - our trained crew members will load the truck from wherever it’s at. There is no surcharge if the material is within 20 feet. If the material is more than 20 feet from the parking/loading spot, a surcharge will apply, depending on accessibility and type of material. An Ace crewmember will make you aware of any surcharges before starting the job. |

| Is The Trash, Greenery and Solid Debris Piled Separately? |
| MIXED LOAD SURCHARGE: We can give you the best price if your Sod/Green Waste is piled separately and not mixed with Trash or with Solid Debris (dirt, rocks, concrete, asphalt). If your greenery, rocks/dirt, or trash are mixed together, a surcharge will apply. An Ace crewmember will make you aware of any surcharges before starting the job. |
