| Q: Where is my local dump? |
|
| A: The Miramar landfill and recycling facility is the main landfill for the City of San Diego. For North San Diego County, Gregory Canyon is the primary landfill. Check the white pages in your phone book for other regional landfill facilities. |

|
| A: To a recycling area where it can be reused, instead of taking up room at a landfill. |
