Step 1: Categorize your junk Let us know what types of junk you have:

	Household junk (furniture, debris from home or garage clean-outs)

	Yard clippings and greenery (trees, palms, leaves, plants, cactus)

	Construction materials (drywall, pvc pipe, wood, stucco)

	Solid waste (dirt, concrete, brick, gravel, asphalt, sand)

	Other (manure, sod, office material, etc.) > view junk Categories

Please note: there is an extra charge (on top of dump fees) for computer monitors, televisions, and large appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers.

Step 2: Where is it? Front yard or back?

	Outside in the front, back or side yard?

	In the garage, or inside your home?

How close can we pull up to the items? If it’s within 20 feet, there is no surcharge, if further away (and / or upstairs) there may be a $25-50 surcharge depending on the items.

Step 3: Schedule a Same or Next Day Appointment Ace team-members are fully trained to estimate the total before starting on your job. Call us or fill out the simple Work Authorization Form and fax back to Ace. Either way, you’ll get a quick accurate price quote and we can schedule your job immediately. We’ll send out a crew to load and haul away your unwanted items.

Step 4: Our Professional, Uniformed Crew Arrives to Haul it Away!
You can count on one of our experienced teams to show up as scheduled. We will load your unwanted items and haul them away for proper disposal and/or recycling. Need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment? Please read our Cancellation Policy first.

Pricing is based on the size of the load. Any demolition, excavation or pick-up of hard to reach items will incur a surcharge. Standard Load Pricing assumes that your items are easily accessible and ready to go. No Hazardous materials please.
