Unfortunately, an earthquake hit San Diego in April 2010, which shifted the pool more and left it in worse shape. San Diego earthquake moved the swimming pool up slowly inch by inch the weight of the concrete stopped the pool from floating higher. The pool cavity was unstable and the bond to the ground was no longer a fact.

When Ace Demolition stepped in, their team was confident in getting this pool completely demoed quickly and safely. While puncturing holes at the bottom of the pool water from underneath was gushing up like a fountain. Puncturing more holes and bigger holes was necessary to insure the water to drain and that is exactly what Ace did. Once the pool had good drainage then Ace used backfill with dirt and gravel.

This customer called the right Demolition Company to handle their pool, Ace was there to save the day. Reports states, our customers were jumping up and down with joy and happiness. Let’s call our friend “John.”  John had a treadmill, old mattress, box spring, and miscellaneous trash items that had piled up on the side of his house.  He decided not to call for any help from the professional junk hauler nor a friend.  John tried really hard and took him a long time to load up his truck, especially that really old heavy treadmill.  John strained his back, cut up his hands, and spent hours just on a couple items.  John’s entire Saturday which was his day off, turned into a long bad weekend.  After John arrived to the dump, they have you back your vehicle into the unloading zone, right next to other vehicles which seems to be so unsafe, then you must get out into the smelly landfill and unload your own truck.  It’s dangerous with all the debris, of broken glass, wood, construction debris laying everywhere, and you must be very careful where you walk.  John trying to get the job done too fast starts kicking, throwing and yanking the items out of his truck.  Not only do you have a couple until the wall, you must be careful not to ding up your own vehicle.  John getting irritated, decides to pull out the heavy treadmill too fast, and when it lands on the ground it jumps up and lands on John’s toe, and breaking it.  At this point John is very frustrated and needs to get home.  John goes home and does not have health insurance so decides to deal with the pain.  John calls his brother who is a paramedic and asks for advice.  The paramedic says there is really nothing to do for his toe and to rest. 

John who is extremely active in outdoor activities, is unable to do anything until his purple swollen toes become normal.  If John would of only called Ace Junk Removal, they offer same or next day and Saturday pickup. Ace would of sent our two strong men to load up his debris, and it would of taken them less than 10 minutes.  John would of then been able to enjoy his entire Saturday and Sunday with no headaches or stress.
